Alabama State and Local Tax Seminar Announced

It's official!  The "Summer of Tax Love" Tour can now be officially announced.

That's right!  If you can't get enough Alabama sales, use, and business license taxes, we've got a full day course that is guaranteed to fit the bill.  And if you need continuing education credits, it doesn't get much cheaper for a full-day course.

In all seriousness, we are pleased to announce that we will begin a series of one-day seminars across Alabama this summer entitled "Are You Paying Too Much Tax?  Know Your Rights! - Alabama Sales, Use, and Business License Taxes."  The seminars will kick off on May 22 in Tuscaloosa

The initial seminar is hosted by the Chamber of Commerce of West Alabama and will be held in the fantastic training room at JamisonMoneyFarmer, P.C.  Space is limited!  So see the attached flyer here for all the details, especially all you CPAs who need some terrific, reasonably priced CPE, and register quickly before the spaces are filled.

Get the latest state and local tax developments from the recently concluded session of the Alabama Legislature.  Find out the hot trends in tax cases from Alabama courts.  Learn how your business could be paying too much tax, or how you can protect yourself from underpaying.

The "Summer of Tax Love" Tour will conclude in Birmingham on September 12, as Blake A. Madison presents parts of the NBI Alabama Sales and Use Tax Seminar.  Registration for that seminar will be available on the NBI site soon.  Click here for more details on that seminar once they are released.

Keep watching here for announcements of other tour stops in cities across Alabama this summer.  Additional sites will be announced over the next few days.
You don't want to miss this chance to share the tax love!
