ADOR Releases Revenue Abstract for August 2014

The Alabama Department of Revenue recently released its Revenue Abstract for August 2014.  The good news is that tax collections for August 2014 were up 3.88% over the same period last year.  Unfortunately, the fiscal year to date tax collections are still only up 0.87% over the last fiscal year.  This seems to indicate very slow growth continues in the Alabama economy.  For all the details, click here.
