American Society of Women Accountants

I am pleased to be speaking to the West Alabama Chapter of the American Society of Women Accountants today. The group will be meeting at 12:00 noon at JamisonMoneyFarmer, PC. We will be discussing current and upcoming issues in Alabama and federal taxes.

Get to Know Blake

Mr. Madison is a shareholder in the law firm of Rosen Harwood, P.A. He practices primarily in the areas of business, corporate, and commercial law; state and local taxation; non-profit entities; trademarks and copyrights; and privacy and cyber security law. He represents clients throughout Alabama, as well as national companies with Alabama issues.

Blake currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Alabama Federal & State Tax Institute and previously served as its Co-Chair. He has also served as Co-Chair of the City of Tuscaloosa’s Strategic Planning Steering Committee and is a member of the Mayor's Business Advisory Council. He was Chairman of the Board of Directors of The Chamber of Commerce of West Alabama (2018) and currently serves as its Legal Counsel. He previously served as Chairman of the Tax Section and Treasurer of the Business Law Section of the Alabama State Bar.

Blake has served as president and a member of the board of directors for the Tuscaloosa Morning Rotary Club and helped to found and establish the Tuscaloosa Morning Rotary Foundation. He is also a graduate of Leadership Tuscaloosa.

He has participated in reported tax cases before the Alabama Supreme Court, the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals, and the Alabama Tax Tribunal.
