ADOR October Rule Hearings Set

The Alabama Department of Revenue has set its October rule hearings for October 9 and 10 in Montgomery at the Gordon Persons Building.

The hearings concern the proposed repeal of the "State Fees on Hazardous Waste or Hazardous Substances" regulation and the issuance of proposed rules on refund policies regarding certain wholesale oil license fees as well as an Alabama Accountability Act related regulation.
