The Alabama Department of Revenue has two rule hearings set for this week on December 18 and 19 in Montgomery at the Gordon Persons Building.
The hearings concern (a) the proposed amendment of the "Entry of Final Assessment" regulation and (b) the proposed amendment of the "Proof of Payment of Federal Heavy Vehicle Tax" regulation.
