Exciting news!

I am very pleased to announce that I have become a shareholder in the law firm of Rosen Harwood, P.A., West Alabama's largest and most experienced law firm. The move will be a tremendous boon to my clients with the expanded resources now available through Rosen Harwood and its tremendous attorneys and staff. I will continue to practice in the same areas and look forward to working with many of you in the future.

Mr. Madison is a shareholder in the law firm of Rosen Harwood, P.A. He practices in the areas of state and local tax; business and commercial law; non‑profit entities; health care compliance; and privacy and cyber security law. He represents clients throughout Alabama, as well as national companies with Alabama issues.

Blake is AV® rated by Martindale-Hubbell®, which signifies that his peers rank him at the highest level of professional excellence for his legal knowledge, communication skills, and ethical standards.

Blake currently serves as Co-Chair of the Board of Trustees of the American Institute on Federal Taxation. He recently served as Co-Chair of the City of Tuscaloosa’s Strategic Planning Steering Committee and is a member of the Mayor's Business Advisory Council. He was Chairman of the Board of Directors of The Chamber of Commerce of West Alabama (2018) and currently serves as its Legal Counsel. He has also served as Treasurer of the Business Section of the Alabama State Bar.

He was honored with the 2012 Charles H. Land Member of the Year Award by The Chamber of Commerce of West Alabama, its highest award given to an individual.

He has participated in reported tax cases before the Alabama Supreme Court, the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals, and the Alabama Tax Tribunal.
